Achievements

  • Established 20 Literacy Training Centres at midpoint of villages in which 3-months training workshops were conducted
  • Paid stipends to 600 Males @ 2,500/Trainee
  • Trained 600 Males through qualified instructor which became:
    • Capable to read and write in Urdu, know the basic numerical statistics and comfortable with the names of various tools used in the mine site.

    • Sentient of health and safety measures and will adopt necessary tips during work everyday life.

    • More skilled, adoptive and emotionally fit to deal with demands and challenges of everyday life.

    • Proficient to understand the use of common hand tools of various trades.

    • Skilled in measuring in Metric system and know measuring instruments – measuring weight, volume (capacity), length and distance.

    • Responsive for proper housekeeping requirements in the workplace.

    • Conscious of general health and safety issues.
