Who We Are?

Azat Foundation (AF) has worked to ensure a peaceful and secure environment within communities. AF’s goal is to eliminate poverty and violence from society by means of encouraging human rights and civic education culture. AF has been in the forefront of organisations calling for the integration of civic education and human rights concepts into the entire society; not only at the local level but also at the wider Provincial Level.


Azat Foundation (AF) exists for the establishment of a society in which every person can exercise its right to a life of dignity and can have equal access to all the available resources on the earth.


A society with no poverty in which all people have admittance to all the resources and can enjoy their human rights.

AF’s Philosophy is based on responding to macroscopic view of Health, Education & Protection of Human Rights needs of people, individually and collectively, aiming to move people forward, beyond their challenges.
